Соrtel 80

Trade name of the product: Cortel 80

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Antihypertensive agent.

Release form: film-coated tablets; 14 tablets in an aluminum blister.

Сomposition: each film-coated tablet contains the active ingredients: telmisartan-80 mg

Pharmacologic effect: telmisartan-specific angiotensin 2 receptor antagonist (AT 1 subtype). Having a very high affinity for this receptor subtype, telmisartan displaces angiotensin 2 from its association with AT 1 receptors

Indications for use: Arterial hypertension.

Mode of application: During or after meals. The minimum daily dose is one tablet per day.

Cortel H-80

Trade name of the product: Cortel H-80

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Antihypertensive agent.

Active ingredients: telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide

Dosage form: film-coated tablets; 14 tablets in an aluminum blister

Сomposition:

Each Cortel H-80 tablet contains active ingredients:

Telmisartan 80 mg; Hydrochlorothiazide 12,5 mg

Indications for use:

Arterial hypertension (for patients whose blood pressure is insufficiently controlled by telmisartan or hydrochlorothiazide as monotherapy);

Arterial hypertension (for patients for whom combination therapy is indicated);

Patients with arterial hypertension receiving telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide as separate tablets as a replacement for this therapy.

Mode of application: Inside, during or after meals. The minimum daily dose is one tablet per day.

Соrtel M-25 / Cortel M-50

Trade name of the product: Cortel M-25; Cortel M-50

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Antihypertensive agent.

Active ingredients: telmisartan and

Dosage form: extended – release tablets

Сomposition: Each Cortel M -25 tablet contains active ingredients:

Telmisartan 40 mg; Metoprolol succinate, equivalent to metoprolol tartrate (sustained release) – 25 mg

Each Cortel M -50 tablet contains active ingredients:

Telmisartan 40 mg; Metoprolol succinate, equivalent to metoprolol tartrate (sustained release) – 50 mg

Indications for use:

Arterial hypertension (for patients whose blood pressure is insufficiently controlled by telmisartan or metoprolol as monotherapy);

Arterial hypertension (for patients for whom combination therapy is indicated);

Patients with arterial hypertension receiving telmisartan and metoprolol as separate tablets as a replacement for this therapy.

Cortel A

Dosage form: film-coated tablets;

Composition: Each Cortel A tablet contains active ingredients:

Telmisartan 40 mg;

Amlodipine 5 mg

Indications for use:

Arterial hypertension (for patients whose blood pressure is insufficiently controlled by telmisartan or amlodipine as monotherapy);

Arterial hypertension (for patients for whom combination therapy is indicated);

Patients with arterial hypertension receiving telmisartan and amlodipine as separate tablets as a replacement for this therapy.

Cortel Trio

Trade name of the product: Cortel Trio

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Antihypertensive agent;

Active ingredients: telmisartan, hydrochlorothiazide and amlodipine;

Dosage form: two – layer tablets;

Composition: Each Cortel Trio tablet contains active ingredients:

Telmisartan 40 mg; Hydrochlorothiazide 12,5 mg; Amlodipine 5 mg.

Indications for use:

Arterial hypertension (for patients whose blood pressure is insufficiently controlled by telmisartan, hydrochlorothiazide or amlodipine as monotherapy);

Arterial hypertension (for patients for whom combination therapy is indicated);

Patients with arterial hypertension receiving telmisartan, hydrochlorothiazide and amlodipine as separate tablets as a replacement for this therapy;

Resistant arterial hypertension.

Mode of application: During or after meals. The minimum daily dose is one tablet per day. Maximum daily dose 2 tablets per day.
